Our Advocacy Committee organizes volunteers and members to engage lawmakers and local education professionals on issues related to education language justice and dual language programs. The committee plays a fundamental role in carrying out our annual Multilingual Day of Advocacy and developing multiple points of entry for raising awareness of multilingual education issues and policy. Current priorities are communications, sharing the coalition’s message, and mobilizing.
